A HALO Medical Alarm is an emergency response system that allows you to get help at the push of a button. We offer different options of equipment for our customers to best fit their needs. This includes the simple home-based system with a small, lightweight button or the more advanced, mobile medical alaert pendants with an optional fall detection feature.

Three options to choose from:

Option 1: Home-Based Medical Alarm

  • Monthly fee: $30 (+ tax)

  • For use in and around your home (will not work away from home).

  • Small, lightweight pendant / button. Weighs approximatley 0.5 ounces.

  • Pendant does NOT need to be charged.

  • Pendant is waterproof and can be worn in the shower / bath.

  • Pendant can be worn around the neck or on a wristband

  • Two-way speaker located in the alarm panel.

  • No fall detection available with the home-based option.

  • Very simple to use.

Option 2: Mobile Medical Alert Pendant

  • Monthly fee: $35 (+ tax)

  • Works at home and away from home.

  • Easy to charge in the charging cradle.

  • Pendant weighs approximately 1.6 ounces.

  • Pendant is water resistant but cannot be submerged in water.

  • Neck pendant option or wrist pendant option.

  • Speaker is in the pendant (no alarm panel needed with the mobile pendant).

Option 3: Mobile Medical Alert Pendant with Fall Detection

  • Monthly fee: $40 (+ tax)

  • Fall detection is an optional service and uses patented algorithms to detect falls. If a fall is detected, you will be connected to a HALO operator who can dispatch emergency services if needed.

  • Works at home and away from home.

  • Easy to charge in the charging cradle.

  • Pendant weighs approximately 1.6 ounces.

  • Pendant is water resistant but cannot be submerged in water.

  • Neck pendant option or wrist pendant option.

  • Speaker is in the pendant (no alarm panel needed with the mobile pendant).
